One of the most successful regional table tennis clubs in the Philippines, based in Bacolod City, the capital of Negros Occidental. LOPTTA is widely known for its world-class training facilities and highly effective youth scouting and development programme, having produced numerous national-level players from the Western Visayas region. It is considered a model for provincial table tennis development in the country.
